Our primary goal is the success of our professional monitoring program clients and their individual participants – this foundational principle guides everything we do.
We start with the premise that innovative technology, a teamwork approach, and high integrity will yield superior service for our clients, our employees, and our stakeholders. Central to this theme are the Success Mangers of each program.
RecoveryTrek doesn’t employ Account Managers. Our customers are more than accounts – they are partners and therefore deserve someone to act as their advocate and provide them with all the tools RecoveryTrek provides in order to run a successful program. Our Success Manager Advocates are dedicated to our program partners and are available directly, with no call centers to navigate through and no computers to talk to.
If your Professional Monitoring program has recently partnered with ​RecoveryTrek to assist with your treatment monitoring, you will need to enroll online and provide some basic information.
